Not bad for an alternate location for CTO Cars & Coffee.

Well, last minute change in our location for the September CTO Cars & Coffee was interesting to say the least. But we made it work and there was still a bunch of folks that came out. In fact there were several folks that had never been to the event before that came out this past Sunday.

Don't worry, we will be back at Pig Trail Harley-Davidson in October.

Now, don't get us wrong, making a change to an event at the last minute isn't easy. When you have to make a pivot like this on short notice, it's important to have great supporters of your organization. See, we received notice of needing to move CTO Cars & Coffee with only about 3 days notice. You all know, it's a Bikes Blues & BBQ things. Definitely no hard feelings about having to shift on short notice, we completely understand.

So with a short notice about needing to move the event, we reached out to Allen's Food Market to see if we could use the parking lot. Allen's Foods Market loves to see cool cars and trucks, so that was our plan. Next thing we know Richie Lovan (newly appointed Vice President of Cruising the Ozark) was getting an agreement setup with Blue Crane the property management group and we had an COI (certificate of insurance) completed. The deal was done and we started communicating to folks as quickly as possible.

So, big thanks to everyone that came out and supported our event.
